We are now accepting bookings for the 2026 show.
Prices for 2026 are as follows (larger stands may available – please contact us, details below):
6ft £50.00 12ft £100.00 18ft £150.00 24ft £200.00
Please note:
- There is an upper limit of 4 tables per stall unless agreed with the Show Manager. Tables are not included in this price and are £5 each.
- All bookings must be finally settled in full in advance. Payment is by bank transfer to account number 24104027; sort code 54-21-22. Other payment methods may be possible, please contact the Show Manager.
- Cancellations received after 1st July 2025 will be 50% refunded. Cancellations received after 1st August 2025 will only be refunded if we are able to resell the space.
- Any final balance is payable not later than 7 days before the show.
- All traders should have their own Public Liability Insurance and we may ask for proof of such.
If you would be interested in sponsoring a category in our painting competition with a prize please do let us know. There are four categories available to sponsor. Prizes could be models, paints, brushes, tools, books etc. In return we will mention your business as a sponsor every time the painting competition is promoted.
