We are very happy to announce that we will once again be holding a painting competition at this year’s show. The painting competition was first held at the last Hereward show back in 2019 and was an immediate hit with visitors.
There are four catagories this year: Historical, Fantasy, Sci-Fi and Under 16’s. You can enter each catagory once and there is no restriction on the model you enter, so it could be a single character, a unit, a vehicle or a diorama and in any scale you like as long as it fits in to one of our catagories. The Under 16 catagory is open to any model. All entries must be made on the day of the show. The winner of each catagory will recieve a prize of £25 in cash money and a trophy to commemorate their success. Full rules can be found on the Painting Competition page.
