Our painting competition attracts more and more entries each year and is a great way for you to show off what you’ve been up to in your hobby time. Unlike some painting competitions ours is as much about vibes as about outright technical skill, so we encourage everyone attending the show to enter something!
We have four categories:
- Historical – sponsored by Pemberleys Scenics
- Fantasy – sponsored by ForMySin Designs
- Sci-Fi – sponsored by SMFX Models and More
- Under 16s Open – sponsored by Mammoth Miniatures
We suggest you enter a single miniature, vehicle or small squad of models. These can be from any manufacturer or can be completely scratch built. Entries to the Under 16s Open category can be literally anything!
Thanks to our generous sponsors, this year we are able to offer prizes to the winner and runner up in each category. The winner of each category will receive a cash prize of £25, a trophy, a prize supplied by the category sponsor and a set of brushes courtesy of Orange Brushes. Runners up in each category will receive a can of spray paint courtesy of Colour Forge and an additional prize from Pemberleys Scenics. We are most grateful to these business for offering prize support.
